How to Use a Korean Lash Lift System

Learn the essential workflow for using a professional Korean lash lift system, from lash preparation and shield placement to lifting, setting and conditioning.
This guide is designed to help lash artists work with greater control, consistency and confidence.

Always follow the instructions and processing guidance supplied with the specific LOMANSA lash lift product you are using.

Prepare & Position

Clean and dry the natural lashes thoroughly before beginning.
Select a suitable lash lift shield, position it close to the lash line, and arrange the lashes evenly onto the shield.
Make sure the lashes are separated, aligned and free from crossing before processing.

Step 1 — Lift & Soften

Step 1 softens and restructures the natural lash so it can be redirected into the desired lifted shape.

Apply Step 1 evenly to the recommended working area according to the instructions for the specific LOMANSA system being used.

Use a controlled amount of product and avoid unnecessary contact with the skin or fragile lash tips.

During Step 1:

  • Follow the recommended processing time.
  • Consider lash thickness and condition.
  • Monitor the lashes throughout processing.
  • Avoid over-processing.
  • Remove Step 1 completely before continuing.

Longer processing does not automatically create a better lift.

Step 2 — Set & Fix

Step 2 helps set the lashes into their new direction and stabilizes the lifted shape created during Step 1.

Before applying Step 2, check that the lashes remain evenly aligned on the shield. Correct any crossed, twisted or misplaced lashes before continuing.

Apply Step 2 evenly according to the instructions for the specific system and maintain clean lash direction throughout the setting stage.

During Step 2:

  • Maintain the intended lash direction.
  • Check inner, center and outer lash placement.
  • Follow the recommended processing time.
  • Remove Step 2 completely after processing.

Lash alignment during Step 2 has a direct influence on the finished result.

Step 3 — Condition & Finish

Step 3 is the conditioning and finishing stage of the lash lift service.

After Step 2 has been fully removed, apply Step 3 evenly through the lashes to help condition, soften and improve the finished appearance.

Distribute the product carefully so the lashes remain separated and neatly directed.

Where instructed for the specific product, Step 3 may remain on the lashes as the final conditioning step.

Check the Final Result

Before completing the service, check both eyes from the front and side.

The lashes should appear evenly lifted, separated and directed without visible crossing, sharp bends or uneven sections.

Compare the inner, center and outer lash areas and confirm that both eyes show a balanced result.

Final check:

  • Even root lift
  • Clean lash separation
  • Balanced lash direction
  • No crossed lashes
  • No sharp bends
  • Similar result on both eyes

Record the shield, products and processing times used so the next service can be adjusted more accurately.
